Managing Member & President
U.S. Coast Guard veteran with an active Top Secret clearance and a background in electronics systems, facilities maintenance, and security operations. Leads a team of experienced professionals across facilities support, building trades, and protective services.
Waiel started Alarine because he saw too many contractors treat federal work like a billing exercise. His approach is the opposite: show up, do the work right, keep the paperwork tight, and be available when the contracting officer calls. That mindset runs through every person on this team.

Former law enforcement officer with 15 years in physical security, access control, and protective operations. Manages all security service lines and ensures compliance with federal security standards and regulations.

Certified quality professional with deep experience in federal inspection protocols and continuous improvement programs. Runs our QC program and makes sure every deliverable meets or exceeds the performance work statement.

Kingdom of Bahrain
25 years in law enforcement and security, 20 of those in the Middle East. Maintains working relationships with Bahraini security entities and manages all Alarine operations in the Gulf region. Knows the region, the regulations, and the people who get things done.

Our safety officer has walked every job site. Our QC manager has inspected every deliverable. That is the benefit of a team this size.
Everyone on this team has worked in the field. Nobody here got promoted past the hands-on part of the job. When we say we understand the work, it is because we have done it ourselves, in federal facilities, under federal standards, with federal oversight.
